Depends on if your looking for long term (CCBill) or crappy service (IBill).
Choice is yours.

Listen to Oystein. Cascade those bitches and see your sales increase. If it's a 1 or the other thing, go with CCBill. I'm a fan of almost real time stats and their support is awesome.

It's been said - use 2. Crazy not to. Apart from the scrubbing which as oystein says will lose you at least 20% (often a lot more) if you only use one, you then also have a backup in case one goes down (or godforbid even goes under - stranger things have happened).
I voted though and will only say that had you asked me 12 months+ ago my vote would have ben completely different. ![]() |

I would use iBill as a primary and CCBill as a back-up. Many of the people who talk negatively about iBill haven't had experience with them recently.
Better approvals, better reporting, better service!!

As some of the other guys recommended, go with both. ccbill is a good company and so is iBill. Don't take my word for it though. Check out these threads on iBill's conversions compared to other billers: "i bill rocks! ibill/paycom/ccbill is the best order. In nats i use i bill 85% of the time primary. Epoch picks up alot of my sales though. ccbill is good too, but hands down, you will do the most tranactions with i bill" http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...adid=346024&s= --- "And, this whole time, no matter what order I tried to send signups to these processors, they were always made aware of the multiple billing solutions for my site. And it didn't really matter which company I was favoring at all, HANDS DOWN, NO QUESTION - I GOT MORE SIGNUPS WITH IBILL PERIOD. I think that it depends on what region you work with. Ibill/CCBill/Epoch have different acceptance of Visa and Master Card for different regions (US, Europe, Asia). So try all of them and decide which will be primary and which to use for back up.
We use Ibill, going to add Epoch as back up.

I would tell you to go with both ibil and ccbill , I work with both and yes all companies pass though hard times but they both have a very solid team. Try them and then you can decide which company will be your primary and which one your secondary. You can always alternate just check out their reporting system and their customer support.
Good Luck! |

It depends on many things try them both out or cascade.
Figure out what time of the month they scrub harder so you know which one to use as your primary processor. Your options are pretty limited so it shouldn?t be difficult Our Primary is Paycom secondary CCbill as of right now Goodluck

You will do the most transactions with I Bill hands down. The rebills are better too. They scrub the least and thats fact.
Chargebacks and refunds are a bit higher but definatley not an issue. In any case you need at least 2 billers anyway. But I use I bill primary 95% of the time My I Bill rep is Kristi, she is awesome. I find that i bill support is the best and I can contact her whenever i need something done and either she takes care of it or gets someone who can take care of it on the phone with me within minutes. Hit her up. Cheers Duke

Don't go with Epoch unless you read their holdback clause really really carefully. They hold more than anyone else and keep it until 3 years after your last transaction. They might as well just say "we keep your money until you're long dead."

Years ago, we tired to set up accounts with Ibill. After a week of chasing them, we called ccbill. 24 hours later we were up an running.
About a year later, tired Ibill as a back up. one week later of chasing them, we gave up and used someone else. But that is just one case. A lot of people say that they are very good. Just never worked for me.
