if she is going out with you 2 days after breaking up with her ex, then this relationship sounds destined for failure lol..
Either way i would keep it on the down low, or your just asking for trouble... Of all the long term relationships i have been in, if i caught some guy kissing my ex within days of breaking up with her, the dude would be suffering some sever trauma. It isn't even a question in my mind. First thing i would do, would be shattering some teeth..

Try to befriend the guy. Seriously. If you appear sympathetic, it will soften the blow for him and it will humanize your relationship. You won't be "that bastard who is fucking my ex" but instead "the decent guy who is now with my ex." If the guy is violent at all, his anger will now be directed at her, not you.
