Who here has formed a Delaware Corp.? What were the total costs and are you happy having done it?

The only thing I didn't like was that when I wanted a bank account opened there in Delaware, they charged another $500 to do that (which wasn't made clear to me initially - but like I said, that was 6 years ago).
