Who here has formed a Delaware Corp.? What were the total costs and are you happy having done it?

not trying to bait you at all........ fine do a google search on delaware incorporation and there are companys that specialize in this and can get it done for a modest fee.

I have already done this but wanted to get some firsthand opinions from my fellow webmasters, at least from the ones who DON'T think I'm a fucking idiot.

I used http://www.delawareinc.com and was satisfied with it. I think it was about $1000 - $1500 but that was in 1998. The only thing I didn't like was that when I wanted a bank account opened there in Delaware, they charged another $500 to do that (which wasn't made clear to me initially - but like I said, that was 6 years ago).

EDIT: it was a LLC

I have a delaware corp. Cost me if memory is right $ 450.00 , then 75.00 a year for registrant and 35.00 I think for the delaware gov.
