Just be a stubborn obnoxious ass like me, do it your own way and most important of all be different then the other programs

12clicks, lens and al the others are great!
Their advice is nothig less then excellent.

I just think that setting yourself apart from the crowd works better for yourself in the end.

So in a nutshell my advice would be:

Talk to Lens, Talk to 12clicks, Talk to Doc and everybody that is anybody in this bizz then make up your own mind and turn the information into something that is you.

Remember that the internet is an idea business, so originality counts big time here

For example what would you think of pay per view Jenna movies instead of the regular membership based sites?

You could use a system like Tokenring for it(or device your own for that matter)

I got other idea's too but I'm posting to a thread and then it would grow to the volume of a tutorial

We are converting porn-traffic at @ 1:200. Which I hear is good... Mass exit traffic is converting about the same as the other programs. We are adjusting the tour which will be adding to a higher conversion.

Stuck with Brad...now that's funny. For your info we were never doing anything with brad.. We wanted to purchase his program, he wanted to trade for feeds. At the time we couldn't commit to the footage for the feeds and we told him sorry this was over a week period. Wow , that was a bigggg deal. He hand wrote a scribbled proposal to us regarding it...I still have it. And for your info we have some good webmasters that are happy with our program, how well is Brad doing on his program? He says his retention is so low so how can he keep it going...hmmmm I wonder. Jennacash is honest with the numbers and will pay based upon TRUE numbers! I would prefer a safe and profitable program over a greedy unscrupulous one.

MIkeW did the tour and looking glass did the members area. I wish I had the time to design, but I barely have time to tan,heheheee.

ALL of the info I (and anyone else with a brain in their head)have about cheating is always keep out of the reach of the general public. You start handing out info on how people cheat and it only gives the morons and idea and the smart thieves clues to how to become better.

Actually Fly, site owners tend to share such information amongst themselves IN PRIVATE, not spit out on a public msg board where every cheater under the sun can have a look and decide how to improve on said method of cheating.

I don't care what kind of program you run, it's vulnerable to fraud.
