If I have graphics physically served in the United States from Adult.com and Playboy.com FROM MY SERVERY, but only link to Adult.com and Playboy.com's 2257 information - do I also have to have some type of physical documentation at my location???

This is my opinion and, I am not an attorney but,I would assume that Adult.com and Playboy.com should be the ones liable for holding the records if anyone in this matter.If not than every affiliate would have to have phyisical records.I think you should be fine by just linking to them but,this is a question I would recommend to take up with your attorneys since I have with three of mine and got nowhere yet.

I still don't see the solid answeres to 2257 unfortunetely.

They will accomplish what they want to.

I will have to shut down.

I can't keep up with content updating little alone legislative changes.

They've managed to shut down a Father just trying to build a decent website.

I have a STUPID question. When people at people say at gfy -- "stealing gallerys", what does that mean exactally.

Is it that some one went to a gallery and stole everything there. OR is it that a TGP owner went to another TGP and just took all the gallery links and put it on his own TGP?

Believe me, I am 100% for protecting our children,its the vague rules that kill me as to what's obscenity and who should hold 2257 and so forth.

I don't think its so much that people don't want to comply,its just that they don't have solid rules to go by.
