If I have graphics physically served in the United States from Adult.com and Playboy.com FROM MY SERVERY, but only link to Adult.com and Playboy.com's 2257 information - do I also have to have some type of physical documentation at my location???

This is my opinion and, I am not an attorney but,I would assume that Adult.com and Playboy.com should be the ones liable for holding the records if anyone in this matter.If not than every affiliate would have to have phyisical records.I think you should be fine by just linking to them but,this is a question I would recommend to take up with your attorneys since I have with three of mine and got nowhere yet.
