Thanks Candid Hosting

For suspending my account without a warning. I dont know what happened yet, I'll have to wait at least a few hours, but it's fucked up to have my sites down without a warning and noone to tell me what happened.

Hey Tuga,

Hit me up and let me see if I can help you. There were no accounts suspended before I left yesterday and the only reason it would have been done over night is if there were a very serious AUP viloation, perhaps it is something else, but I will need your account information to check on it for you.

Oh and SplitInfinity, what a professional post.

In fact, I have not even been here to turn people off since I was at home cleaning up after a hurricane. If you want to icq me now or email support I am sure your issue can be resolved.

I just saw in my email that someone was taken down for DMCA violations yesterday. Perhaps this was you?

Hey, that was uncalled for. That was not unprofessional, your slander was unprofessional. Read my post. I said nothing derogatory about you or your company. Your customer was saying they were shut down.... I simply opened a door for them to get their sites back up, how is that un-professional?

Then saying we are grasping at straws to top it off dude? Come on now.

No need to get defensive Candid.

Your customer was telling you to GFY for "suspending" their account....
Sounded like a potential customer to me, no?

LOL

Never wanted to start fights..... :-) Also, I do not know of the customers problems and I can only assume he is legit..... We don't want problem customers either, so if there was some serious problem with that customer, then I Applaud you for suspending them and following AUP. :-) Never-the-less, sorry if you read me wrong. :-)

I am not looking for hosting, dont bother spamming this or the other thread, I have other hosting accounts I am very happy with and a dedicated server on the way.

Shouldn't you normally notify the customer before you take anything down, beside the server was hacked?

Or at least, after you cancel his account.

LOL, who are you? This account was cancelled due to a DMCA violation and the server is still running fine thanks since it is one of our virtual platforms.

OK, here is the deal. I just had your legal sites turned back on. You have 3 hours to pull your content.

We're not out to put you out of business we're just protecting our network.

Tuga, fire up that FTP and get downloading.

Note to everyone: You should keep all your shit backed up on your hard drives. Get out of the habit of deleting pages off your computer once you upload, a habit which I know a lot of you have. It's a bad habit. Bad. Stop it.
