Hit me up and let me see if I can help you. There were no accounts suspended before I left yesterday and the only reason it would have been done over night is if there were a very serious AUP viloation, perhaps it is something else, but I will need your account information to check on it for you.

Never wanted to start fights..... :-) Also, I do not know of the customers problems and I can only assume he is legit..... We don't want problem customers either, so if there was some serious problem with that customer, then I Applaud you for suspending them and following AUP. :-) Never-the-less, sorry if you read me wrong. :-)

Not always, what if the cause was a breach of the hosts AUP ???
