I've said it before and I'll say it again.

Paolo, Kevin and the rest of the Triple X Cash crew are amongst the most stand up guys I've ever met.

When I first started in this business, some 5+ years ago, Paolo was the only person that would give me the time of day. Already an affiliate program owner, he took the time to personally help me get started. I can assure you he didn't make a lot of money on me during that time, if he made any at all. None the less, he helped me week after week, month after month.

Then came College Fuck Fest. Again, you could talk to Kevin or Paolo, and they'd break their backs to help you out. When Website Billing went out of business, Paolo and Kevin paid EVERY affiliate out of their own pockets. Even though they warned us to move to ccbill, they paid us none the less.

Now you want me to believe that these same guys are shaving your sales? When you're in the league that Triple X's owners are, you don't need to shave some fledgling webmaster 2 sales a week.

Absolute bullshit. Paolo has already responded to you here. Case fucking closed.

Stop sending traffic to Triple X Cash if you have a problem with them. Your problems ( in your mind) will be over.

The next time you sign up to a sponsor I would suggest you read the TOS. the TOS you agree to. If you don't agree with the TOS don't send traffic to them. it's really that simple.

This is beginning to turn into a fighting match which is not good, however I now see where your problem lies. I notice that when I click on signup by telephone it does not resolve my affiliate id in the top address bar like it does with a credit card signup. I'm sure this was the case too when I conducted my test signup. Since this is the case I can see why I would not be receiving credit for the sale. I suggest that you double check your system to ensure that the affiliate id shows up on a 1-900 sale.

Oh and by the way, your 1-900 billing is not through ccBill.

I never meant to bash your company; your sites appear to be tops and your layout is excellent. This only started because I don't like to feel as I am being cheated and it appears that I was since My signup never credited and then was notified by 3 other people that they had signed up but nothing was credited.

The usernames and passwords I provided to you did work; how can you say they were invalid? I tested them myself. If need be I shall post them in this forum for all others to see, and we can let everyone confirm they are working.

Very possible the username you got provided by surfers to be fake ones. I'm getting customer support emails with fake receipt IDs all the time.

We talked to you every day. I will check the phone sales on tuesday and track from them if anysales are counted for you affiliate. id

Then I will talk to our lawyers and see if I should take legal action.

We talked on Thursday and I guess it was better to just slam us instead of us trying to solve the issue.

I received a telephone call earlier today from a nice gentlemen who tod me that my thread on their board caught his attention because up until recently, his conversion ratio with TripleXCash was something like 1:150 but recently it has dropped to approximately 1:975 so maybe he is having a problem to and was glad to find out about this and that he sall be conducting a test or two also. He also agrees that we are not in the business of providing free advertising.

You know what? After Website billing fucked many of us out of HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, Triple X cash Paid ALL OF US 100% for sales lost on WSB. They didnt get a dime from them, it came out of their pockets.

Triple X cash pays you every week, 2 weeks after you start. Basically what I hear is some nobody made a signup, checked the system if it was instantly credited. Did you ever stop to think that maybe it was still going through the system at ccbill? Do you have a Bank record or some other proof? Do you even know how to read your stats?

As far as I'm concerned, I do good sales w/ ***, I get paid on time , and I get paid well. Why would I care about some loser who has no record of his sales. Some random gallery surfers CLAIM they had a membership? They were probably just bitching and trying to get a free membership.

I eat returns on checks so webmasters make more money.

Anyone who wants to ask about there stats I will personally get there affiliate number id we can do a 3way with the processors and verify sales.

They will all say we are a honest company.

We are the most trusted program out there. Many will tell you that. Trust them on being right

As an affiliate program owner I see two sides to this story and doubt Paulo really wants to blow off 2 sales a week a month or a year from anyone sending legit traffic. Robert seems to have pushed Paolo's buttons.

It just seems like triplexcash does not track 900 sales for their affiliates. It is not an accident if a program fails to track any link and pay a webmaster.

At XPays, we track everything including dialer and pay on every exit, x2u address, dialer and even the phone sex. Not all tests by a webmaster are fraud although many times people abuse the model (but those times are obvious). I have asked webmasters to test in many cases. It's always better to be safe than sorry when dealing with precious traffic.

Whether it's a bug in the software, a conscious decision or whatever it's not the end of the world. Most affiliate programs state what they pay you on in their tos and many programs will justify their differing models and everyone has a choice.
