Regarding Adwords: Is it a good idea to....
Make one page that contains an FPA and some sales text to some adult site or mainstream product and that's it, and start a campaign sending targeted traffic to this page?

Your traffic is already targetted ... I don't see how more targetted it could become then ad words already. You might just dilute it

Look into it a bit more I think is the general response here.
Goggle will not tolerate pop-ups on the landing page, nor dialer options on join pages. So, do you have a sponsor that doesnt have pop-ups on page 1 or dialer/phone join options? Then put your affiliate link code. No server required. If your sponsor is a popup hell old-school make-evey-hit-bleed type of tour, then make a landing page to send your clicks to before sponsor tour, or expect to be declined.
