Your traffic is already targetted ... I don't see how more targetted it could become then ad words already. You might just dilute it

Freesites are to filter traffic. Adwords is already filtered. I'd send directly to the sponsor.

Look into it a bit more I think is the general response here.

Goggle will not tolerate pop-ups on the landing page, nor dialer options on join pages.

So, do you have a sponsor that doesnt have pop-ups on page 1 or dialer/phone join options? Then put your affiliate link code. No server required.

If your sponsor is a popup hell old-school make-evey-hit-bleed type of tour, then make a landing page to send your clicks to before sponsor tour, or expect to be declined.
