have you ever been working away at your desk and then suddenly...

ok, got a new desk and chair yesterday....



and then working away a few mins ago i suddenly started sweating. no reason why - pouring sweat. dripping.

so i had a shower and seem fine now.

weird - never had that happen before.

Unless you're by chance allergic to something in the chair my vote goes toward anxiety attack too. You don't necessarily have to be under stress to have one.

I think anxiety attacks can sometimes be triggered by the same things that trigger epileptic seizures. Of those I have experienced they have mostly been after sessions in front of a monitor.
