I have bought this database and use it for everything... plus you get updates.

ps: Sorry, this is only a database, any programmer should be able to make that script for under $50 bucks.

I use IP Sorter, but I am looking for a new geo targeting solution myself. I want to use Maxmind's city database, which IP Sorter is not set up to use.

I've been doing extensive research on the subject lately and it seems that just using mod_geoip seems to be the way to go. I would just need to get the Maxmind db and I'm set. If any of you guys use this method, let me know. I wanted to get some examples of how to use this with htaccess an PHP.
