I need something to filter out the last 20% of non usa traffic. Which oneworks best for you?

I use this one on some of my free sites.... works well imho.

I use IP Sorter, but I am looking for a new geo targeting solution myself. I want to use Maxmind's city database, which IP Sorter is not set up to use.

I've been doing extensive research on the subject lately and it seems that just using mod_geoip seems to be the way to go. I would just need to get the Maxmind db and I'm set. If any of you guys use this method, let me know. I wanted to get some examples of how to use this with htaccess an PHP.
