At the Internext show. Nice and clear down here on the South East side of Florida.

Our area north of here hasn't had a direct hit for 76 years. The properties are built extremely strong. Almost everything is concrete block because of strict building codes instituted after Andrew nailed Homestead 12 years ago. The only vulnerable parts are the roofs and the properties directly on the ocean front which would get extensive water damage from the wave surge.
