At the Internext show. Nice and clear down here on the South East side of Florida.

Our area north of here hasn't had a direct hit for 76 years. The properties are built extremely strong. Almost everything is concrete block because of strict building codes instituted after Andrew nailed Homestead 12 years ago. Even the windows in the newer homes and office buildings can take a full hurricane whallop. The only vulnerable parts are the roofs and the properties directly on the ocean front which would get extensive water damage from the wave surge. I was right on the water a few years back but decided it would be safer a bit farther inland after seeing what happens with the waves from just a tropical storm and how they can literally go past the entire beach and into the streets on A1A.
