You are reading things into my words that aren't there. I said nothing about whether one or the other was morally wrong, I was pointing out (from a legal standpoint of course) that you seemed to be confusing these two very different things as being the same. They aren't.


As for my moral viewpoint, I'm 40. A YOUNG 40 of course :D , but still, old enough that jumping a 16 yr old in all probablity isn't part of my plan for living. But most of these guys here are in the 20-30 range, thus it is not outside the realm of possibility that a hot 16 yr old might entice them at some point.


Again, doing underage content of ANY kind that involves any sort of sexuality is illegal, so bringing up the dani-girl thing wasn't the best analogy here. My reply had nothing to do with the 'lawyerese' of the poll.

It had everything to do with bare truths and morality. You can cloak it anyway you want, and come up with special situations. You can make yourself feel better by examing all the commas, and demand exact specific, correct wordings that satisfy contractual fine print.
