Webair Doesent Care

How long does it take to get your account set up on Webair?
I applied on Saturday, 5 Daya ago, and heard nothing.
I thought maybe they declined my card, so I was happy to let it go.
Now I check my statement. $20 dollars debited. OK its a cheap ass account, but you'd think they would like buisness, whether it be $20 or $200 dollars. After many emails to them gone unanswered, I am getting very pissed.
Mike is always on here singing Webairs praises. I wonder.. Is this the service I can look forward to?

Usually if an account was set up it may have been red flagged for fraud or the e-mail address was not correct. It would be better if you contacted US rather than the GFY community to get this resolved in the furure. It would be much more effective =)

would you kindly contact me and give your account details?

I am not a programmer and opened an account for someone with Webair last week that needed to use .asp and so I called them on the phone to switch it to a NT server and the guy did it within an hour and even uploaded the content that was stored on the unix server and called me to tell me it was done.

what can you get for $20 a month at webair anyway? You could submit maybe three picture galleries a month.

airing out your laundry isn't the best way to get your account up and running.

Mike is always around and so are the rest of the crew. Phoning them would have done you wonders.

SAY WHO THE FUCK YOU ARE IDIOT! You have a person from webair asking you what's up and you're still bullshitting him.

Maybe that's why you're buying $20 hosting.

-multiple activation mail resends.
[ 7/30/05 - 8/4/05 ]

The issue was only resolved due to your sales rep Patricia sending me my activation email via her personal account, after we got fedup with the reattempts. Please look into this.

Well first of all hilly you really should have tried to contact them with their phone or icq support. By using only email might not work with them, webair is blocked by a ton of anti spam places like spews, spamhaus, spoars, spamcop etc..., and that could be the problem.

Webair is very helpful and relaible. We've had nothing but good experiences with them.
Unfortunately, email isn't 100% reliable, so it always helps to make a phone call. Plus its free for you!
