The issue was only resolved due to your sales rep Patricia sending me my activation email via her personal account, after we got fedup with the reattempts. Please look into this.
ditto here... same problem with me... they did get me fixed up quick smart once i onto ICQ with them... there is a problem there somewhere (and dont tell me it was an incorrect email address or CC being flagged)
