verotel tickets club question

do my surfers have to log in through the tickets club link, or can they still log in using the verotel RUM/.htaccess from my server?

I'm pretty sure that if they don't login via ticketsclub then the account is considered 'unused' and is automatically refunded after a couple of days.

They have to log in within 48 hours or the charge will be refunded.

okay thanks, so how do i send them to the tickets club log-in page? just use the sign-up button on the members log in page?

You just send them to www.ticketsclub.com and they log in

Since the join page also has a reduntant log in form for return buyers, I wonder if they could make the log in page and join page into one - should streamline the process

(I.e. if someone goes to ticketsclub from my log in page, they can already join from there instead of having to go back to my site, find the join page and go back to ticketsclub...)
