Vegas 2004= 290lbs
Tuesday August 3rd 2004 = 235lbs

I have been doing cardio, pushups and situps. So my body is becoming more toned. I will post a before and after pic for everyone to see in about a month.

My goal weight is: 210

Almost there.

210 is a good weight for me. I was 180 in highschool but I have grown since then. I don't want to be a skinny little bitch I want to have some meat on me.

I changed my diet a bit. I eat more HIGH protein meat like Tuna and other fishes to help build muscle mass.

Not hard, but smart. Hit the gym and do some squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. Build up some muscle mass, especially in your larger muscles (legs, chest) and that'll increase your metabolism.

I started to work out / go to the gym regularly three months ago

I was at 196 Lbs and feeling lousy so decided to start eating healthy, but it really was the effort of going to the gym almost every day to increase calories burned which did it.

I'm now at 176 Lbs and nearing my goal of nice visible abs! Just started a few weeks ago to increase the amount of running I do so that should get rid of the little bit more fat left on my tummy.
