It works similar to an ad manager. It hides the real URL's from the ad blockers and presents them with URL's they would not block.
It goes a lot further and allows you to change outclick URL's on all your sites in just a few seconds if suddenly you found out your ads stopped working on a future ad blocker update. It has a nice side benefit also. If a sponsor changes their link codes you can change them on all your sites you use Protect My Ads!on in just a few seconds. Hmmmm, I just can't see myself installing a $20 program on my server that has the ability to change my linking codes.
