Server Provider stop ignoring your customers!

Our account has been suspended the whole day and you go away on ICQ every time we send mesages?

Reply on ICQ asap and lets get this sorted out, we would like to know why our account got suspended for overusage if we agreed that we will be paying for overage.

I would be switching hosts if I was in your position. I simply can't tolerate companies that do not reply to me promptly.

Our tech support contacted your partner the min they ICQed.


Now,
the problem was from the control panel suspending your account ones the bandwidth had reached its limit.

There were 2 warning emails sent out one at 85% of your usage and another at 95% to upgrade your plan.


However, your account has been taken off that mode and that problem will not occur again.

And we will be giving you a free month of hosting for the Control panel mess up.

very nicely handled

but shit, i have a plan that includes a certain usage a month, and if I go over they don't shut me off (they just charge my overage)...that woud suck to be shut off
