Hire sexy blonde sales / account reps with no clue.
Fat horrny webmasters who can't get laid in real life will see their pics on a message board and start sending traffic to that program.
After a while they see that conversions and retention suck so they go back to promoting proven money makers.
Soon after that the blonde account rep. contacts the webmaster saying.

- Because you have poor convertions from trials to full month memberships.

I would experiment a little first, try the blonde first.. but also try mixing in some variety.. brunettes and redheads.
