Keyword meta tags are rarely used by the bigger Search Companies.

Just focus on getting your keywords in Title, description & text.

I find google adwords a good tool for suggesting good keywords, I'd recommend signing up if you are not already. It suggests keywords you may find that others may not be targeting giving you a better chance of a better search result.

Dont saturate your page with keywords/phrases, 5% is my recomendation.

And if your in it for a long time, I'd suggest playing by the SE rules. The opposition will try bring you down
