PS: You might also want to put keyword-rich comment tags in your page. And text with the same color as your background. That'll work wonders.

Keyword meta tags are rarely used by the bigger Search Companies.

Just focus on getting your keywords in Title, description & text.

I find google adwords a good tool for suggesting good keywords, I'd recommend signing up if you are not already. It suggests keywords you may find that others may not be targeting giving you a better chance of a better search result.

Dont saturate your page with keywords/phrases, 5% is my recomendation.

And if your in it for a long time, I'd suggest playing by the SE rules. The opposition will try bring you down :thumbsup
