Who can recommend a good collections company?
![]() We can pursue customers ourselves, but the time involved is a bit too much. Having said that though, we'd be reluctant to give up something like 50% to a collections co. -- anyone have good experience with a firm? |

FINE FINE I'LL PAY!
If you were in Canada I would recommend the guys Robin's uses. Those fuckers are relentless. Almost getting me to pay some of my parking tickets. |

Collections for people that default on deferred payment plans. I have their billing information obviously, and proof of receipt of the item w/ UPS signature confirmation, etc. |

I turn all my deadbeats over to Dunn & Bradstreet. I think their cut is 25%. They're pretty effective.

For domestic claims, I've seen rates of about 20%. Cross-border debts I've seen Canada/US upwards of 35-40%.

There's a woman there at D&B RMS, Mary, who is very helpful to whom you could speak. Scott is also another good one. Unfortunately I'm home now so I don't have the # handy. |
