To be honest, I've never heard of a list price. I've been dealing with them for several years & have even attended several of their seminars. I've got upwards of $100k in debtor accounts with them right now and am unaware of being charged a list price fee.

There's a woman there at D&B RMS, Mary, who is very helpful to whom you could speak. Scott is also another good one. Unfortunately I'm home now so I don't have the # handy.
