Anybody Done A WIPO Dispute?
anybody gone to WIPO to get a domain from a squatter or infringer? Who did you use to file your complaint and how much money start to finish?

there is a good company based in canary wharf london you should use google o find their name
they represent a lot of big clients in the uk (not me lol) marks and spencers, cadburys chocolate etc and they have a shit hot legal team if i can find their contact info ill lyk we used them a year or two back when someone grabbed a domain and offered to sell it to us using our trademark in it

mutt from what i recall (and this was a few years ago lol) the WIPOD fees were something along the lines of $1000 and the lawyers fees were almost $3000 but in our case it was money well spent
basically it cost us less to go the legal route than what he wanted us to pay him for the domain name unfortunately when we told the guy it would be cheaper to start wipo proceedings he didnt beleive us so he found out the hard way ![]()

Ari (Esqwire) is the second best (in other words a very good choice). However the known best within the little domain community is John Berryhill (http://www.johnberryhill.com). Disregard the design, as it's not his specialty. Domain disputes are.
