I think nowadays almost any offshore stuff doesn't guarantee you safe haven. But if I had to choose, I'd pick either the Bahamas or the Caymans for near-by offshore.

I got started in this business in January 1998. I acutally spent a few months reading YNOT board (the ONLY open board at the time) and figuring out the lay of the land before jumping in. After a few months I started my first freesite on an offshore host (unknowing run by hacker morons) in Denmark. When their site wouldn't stay up, I was screwed for a few months.

There's this guy that I am talking to, he is my best friend's brother, and he claims that because he masturbates too much and delayed losing his virginity until he was 24 years old, that it somehow caused him to become impotent and ill.
