There is 2 ways to "relax" or "chill out".

If i need to RELAX , I may light some scented canles and listen to Brian McKnight love songs and take a bath with cucumbers on my eyes and the lights off.

OR

If i need to chill out from stress, then I will do Kickboxing or Tai Chi or a lot of crunches. Turn negative energy into a postive energy...helps maintain a good weight too LOL

I go driving... as does my business partner... his car is much faster than mine, but it's a blast when we both go driving togeher...

Driving was something that I did when I was based in washington DC alot as well...

I'm also a big fan of Tivo... it records all the shows that I want to watch, can fast forward commercials, etc etc... it's really a great thing... Makes TV watching fun... Lots of history channel, some food network, simpsons... if they are profiling me, they've gotta thing im nuts

Lots of diffrent ways,they all start with takeing the whole day off...
1:work out(weights an heavy bag) then get drunk an have sex for a few hours.
2:Go to the lake(swim/mess around all day then start fishing when the sun go`s down)
3:go driveing or rideing(rideing=motorcycle)come home get drunk an watch a good movie(cable PPV or rented tape)
