There is 2 ways to "relax" or "chill out".
If i need to RELAX , I may light some scented canles and listen to Brian McKnight love songs and take a bath with cucumbers on my eyes and the lights off.
OR
If i need to chill out from stress, then I will do Kickboxing or Tai Chi or a lot of crunches. Turn negative energy into a postive energy...helps maintain a good weight too LOL
