CD Recommendation - trampin' by patti smith
Perhaps my favourite poet musician. Patti's first recording was released in 1974. She is part native american.
She co-wrote "Because The Night" with Bruce Springstein, and I believe her recording is the most passionate piece of music that I have ever heard. Her latest album is wonderful and haunting. Highly recommended for those who want some emotion in their art. The photographs for the CD are incredible. You can see them, and sample the music at: http://www.pattismith.net/
