Think of the things you could do for the world, for the poor, for your family in those 5 years, you would die a hero and a legend to be remembered forever if you did it right. You would be surprised at how quickly people can learn and adapt to stabilize a country once the resources are made available.

There needs to be more info about what years you are trading for this money. It seems like this favors people who are really old.
