The cop has no weapons, handcuffs, or anything...

The car has no lights on top ( I know not all do, but a complaint like this would send a regular patrol car, not an undercover or a detective or something)

And to top it off, it looks like whoever took this picture was pretty much sitting on the trunk of the "cop" car... I know most cops don't let photographers prop themselves up on their car to get pictures of them arresting people, then stand next to the car and watch so you can keep shooting pictures of her in the car...

Let us know the city this was in so we can verify uniforms and cars!

You should talk to Becca Lynn. She runs a pretty tame amateur site & had a cyber stalker sending death threats a few years ago. She called the cops & ended up getting arrested for running her site instead of getting help protecting her children. That was in FL.

Funny how noone mentioned the possibility of it being a security guard. That would explain the lack of a gun, at least, and the strange paint job on the car.

My man got busted by a security guard at a mall in Tucson, trying to take pictures outside his veHICle. The first thing the guy did was grab the camera and ask him how to delete the pictures. He wanted to make sure they were all gone. He almost turned him in to a cop who came by, but the cop decided to let him go home. Now THAT was a close call. The guy was yelling and swearing and spitting all over the place, too.

The cop actually does have a gun on his right side. Its a dark photo so its tough to see, and, a few weekends ago I was stopped by fish and game and could NOT see the rangers gun from the front, it all comes down to how he is comfortable. The ranger was also fat like that cop, maybe its better for them to be offset.
