$40 to ship it

check the case weight. sometimes those cases are heavy and shipping charges rack up using ups/fedex or did I just fall for it?

The auction terms are pretty clear and nobody really expects to get a case for $1.99 so I don't see any problem with it.

Depends on the PSU brand. A lot of companies lie about the wattage.

I got tired of building my own/having customs built and sold/traded them off... last one was a dual p3.. so it's been a while.

I'm down to 2 PC's now, and they're both in the vaio cases they came in. : )

Who needs to see inside the case anyway? I never understood the concept of showing off computer parts when the god damn desktop is on the floor or hidden under the desk.

The only thing that really matters to the buyer is the final price. If the total (including shipping) is fair, than so what? As long as it's fully disclosed in the auction.

Buyers inflate the shipping price as a way to deflect eBay fees - as there's none on shipping. Many sellers charge tiny prices but make it up in shipping.

Cases are so fucking cheap on eBay that it hurts. Here in Brazil we don't have many options and they're expensive. I just ordered a simple case without PSU and fans for about $80 with shipping included.

I got charged $6.95 for shipping (with insurance) a single $9 DVD.

today... 36 days later the DVD came (from nashville to massachusetts) in an envelope with $0.49 worth of postage printed on it.

Yeah thats why I always email the seller how much cost to ship it because I dont wanna pay $40 to ship a pen. Some people say $5.00 is the shipping but the handling and driving to the post office is an extra $15.00

I barely use CDs. I like this case because if I buy something that has a small difference in color it'll be covered. I prefer white cases too, most of today's cases are black or silver

I don't like the transparency too.

well, the neon is for this machine, and it will be in the center of my living room, so it has to have sdome sort of design quality that blends in with the rest of the place...
