Let me educate you. When American soldiers were captured by Iraq during the first Gulf war they were treated more humanely than the Iraqi prisoners are now. Iraq did not violate the Geneva Convention, so it appears Bush is a war criminal and Saddam was not.

Certain things, it seems to me, you either know instinctively or you just don't have the ability to learn it. You don't torture animals. You don't put crazy people on the street, like Reagan did. You don't mix your religion and your government. You don't make someone ride on the back of the bus.

These are things that really shouldn't have to be taught.

The Geneva Convetion doesn't endorse or say anything about going into countries without good cause either. So when you do that, your bound to have "guerillas" try to kill you.

If America decided to invade Canada tommorrow because of it's rich natural resources to take it and use it for their own profit, Canadians would be justified in defending their country and resources, even if it meant killing US troops, and yes they would likely be wearing civilian clothing. Like Iraq, Canada has no military strength to speak of so it would be citizens or sympathizers defending their country any way they could.
