Actually I found it at Google. $8 million cash.

Let's see... the weight of a single $100 bill is around 1 gram, so 10k of them ($1mil) would be around 10000g, or 10kg (22lbs).

8 million USD in $100s would, therefore, weigh around 80kg, or roughly 175lbs. The best way to transport it would likely be in 8 briefcases, $1mil per briefcase, which would add a few lbs per hand... 25lbs per case, 2 cases per person, 4 people.

Gold is currently around $383/troyoz. Given that there's 31.1 grams per troyoz, that would mean the equivalent weight in $100s would yield $3110. Thus, a $100 bill is currently around 8.1x its weight in gold, meaning that the same 4 people would only be able to cart around $1mil in gold boullion on equivalent weight (although the gold would be much more dense and therefore concealable). Still, if the guys from Three Kings had come across a bunch of suitcases of greenbacks instead of gold, they would have been much better off to cart that off instead, pound for pound.

I don't know why I felt compelled to figure this out, but... hey, who knows. Maybe come in handy at some point in the future.
