This would be true if we were charging lots of money and had shitty doamins. We have some excellent domains and can probably cost less for the right developer.

Not everyone can deal with the startup costs at CCbill and a hosting company.

But it's only an offer to talk and it has worked well for some people in the past.

So if you REALLY want to get technical with your definitions, then YOU should be providing the "sweat", which means that YOU should be bringing in the customers...All the other party needs to do is provide the content and talent to get the customers that YOU bring to convert.

See the problem I see with your 'plan' is that you are leasing the domain - if it were a limited partnership, I'd understand the benefits to many webmasters not being able to get billing solutions. The way it stands, they will be branding domains they will not own - tomorrow you decide 'to cut them out' - you have the traffic of a brand you did not build (you could get alot of content for a reasonable price) - and they are left with good content - NO BRAND - no domain and traffic that will still be going to you until things are changed.

these partnership deals almost always wind up being a bust.

i'd never partner with any program unless they proved to me they were doing minimum 300 joins a day. anything less and you are going to have a paysite with 100 members max - with revenues split between a number of people - hardly worth it, better off just running traffic to sponsors.
