With a McDonalds, YOU provide the advertising to bring in the customers.....
A real estate brokers license must be EARNED over time. You can't just buy one and get in business.
And with both businesses, you need hundreds of thousands of dollars and top notch credit to even get in the door. I could go to directnic and get a domain for $15
So if you REALLY want to get technical with your definitions, then YOU should be providing the "sweat", which means that YOU should be bringing in the customers...All the other party needs to do is provide the content and talent to get the customers that YOU bring to convert.
THEN it might be fair.
