Anyone ever break a rib?
I slammed my chest into my handlebars today when I was doing very stupid stuff off of stupid'ly high things on my mountain bike.
It still hurts... a. Go to hospital b. sleep it off.

I broke one bodyboarding on this beach once
 Doc said. "Does it feel like someone is stabbing you with a screwdriver when you breath?" I said "yes exactly" Painkillers, maybe a chest wrap and in two months or so you will be fine  |

I broke my 5th and 6 th rib once. I would recommend hospital at least to get it checked out.

I don't think you actually broke it, usaully bruise or at tops cracked. Not much they can do as it can't be set, so just wrap it.

Yep broke 6 of em in boot camp. Just take lots of advil and try to keep active.
