Anyone ever break a rib?
 

I slammed my chest into my handlebars today when I was doing very stupid stuff off of stupid'ly high things on my mountain bike.


It still hurts...



a. Go to hospital
b. sleep it off.

goto hospital they'll give you some bangin pain killers probably percs or somethin :thumbsup i bruised two ribs one time worst experience of my life it hurt everytime i would breathe

Painkillers, maybe a chest wrap and in two months or so you will be fine

I broke my 5th and 6 th rib once. I would recommend hospital at least to get it checked out. :thumbsup

I don't think you actually broke it, usaully bruise or at tops cracked. Not much they can do as it can't be set, so just wrap it.

Yep broke 6 of em in boot camp. Just take lots of advil and try to keep active.
