When you burn 1 lb of fat, how much weight do you lose?

any nutrition experts here?

i figured you would lose more than 1lb for burning 1lb of fat, since the body is 60%+ water.

so the question is, for each pound of fat lost, how much water do you lose?

i dunno if it works out at the same ratio as the rest of the body cuz that would be even more than 1 pound of water.

anyone know the answer to this?

Fat has a lot of water in it. I guess you would technically lose water by losing fat.

Sounds about right....only difference is losing 1lb fat you'll lose a lot more size than losing 1lb of muscle

I know what your asking and I have no clue. But I read some where in an incredibly broad and generic study, lol thats my warning that it doesn't work for weird diets, that you have to burn 3600 more colories than you intake to lose a pound of fat.

if your lookin to lose water weight, go get an Herbal Wrap....there about $80-$100. but you are guarnteed to lose 6-12 inches in your first visit.

its about an hour process, and it takes out toxins and water weight from your body.
