When you burn 1 lb of fat, how much weight do you lose?
any nutrition experts here?
i figured you would lose more than 1lb for burning 1lb of fat, since the body is 60%+ water. so the question is, for each pound of fat lost, how much water do you lose? i dunno if it works out at the same ratio as the rest of the body cuz that would be even more than 1 pound of water. anyone know the answer to this? |
1 pound

Burning 1 lb of fat would cost you 1 lb. Same as losing 1 lb of muscle. its the ole what ways more 1 lb of gold or 1 lb of feathers thing.

if your lookin to lose water weight, go get an Herbal Wrap....there about $80-$100. but you are guarnteed to lose 6-12 inches in your first visit.
its about an hour process, and it takes out toxins and water weight from your body. :) |
