Sugar is WAY better for you then sweetner.

The Atkins Diet is stupid. All those diets are stupid. The best way to achieve and maintain good health is to eat a WELL-BALANCED diet and excersize, period.

What an absurd thought...eatt=ing all kinds of high-cholesteral, fatty foods as a means to weight loss...ABSURD

I dont eat refined white sugar, its a poison not a food.

Here is my facts to back it up.

The biggest reason sugar does more damage than any other poison, drug or narcotic is twofold:

(a) It is considered a "food" and ingested in such massive quantities, and

(b) The damaging effects begin early, from the day a baby is born and is fed sugar in its formula. Even mothers milk is contaminated with it if the mother eats sugar, and

(c) Practically 95% of people are addicted to it to some degree or other.

agree

and people seem to think when they lose weight they're being healthy... increasing your cholestrol level isnt healthy no matter how much weight u lose.

the video comparing a potato to white sugar is very absurd.

but still sugar wont do harm in moderation. its about balance. as long as you take complex carbs, it wont hurt to take some simple carbs along with it.

and i cant believe they're making a banana look bad in that video, this is insane

I have NOTHIng to do with ANYTHING on that site other than the FACTS about sugar.

i started drinking Diet Pepsi lately and kinda like it. at first it tasted aweful but now I am kinda used to the taste. And it has no sugar at all

Lane..fyi..the Atkins diet does not increase cholesterol level in most people that are using the diet correctly.

In fact, it's quite the opposite. My cholesterol is at it's best level it's been at in the last 7 years. My blood sugar is also at it's best level in 7 years.
