This is exactly why I went for the 1st option to simply get paid out - Still lost 6 figures from them but my hosting was paid for a month hehe.

Now all those people that went for the 2nd option in hopes to get all their money +10% are fucked with no money at all. That's pretty harsh and I feel bad for them.

Yes that's what all past billing companies have done. And that's why you have to choose carefully of who you choose!

Isn't it reassuring that Visa and the banks are so careful about who they allow to process for them. *turn off sarcasm*

What I never understood was how Website Billing was able to clearly lie to customers, right up to the day they went out of business. "Everything is fine, keep billing you'll get paid soon".

Then BAM out of business. Doesn't that constitute fraud?

That's got to be the worst one yet because so many webmasters did pay the $750 & still got fucked.

And all these billers requires " reserve fund" in case we would " defraud " them ... lol

Also, just try to figure out how much " affiliate " money they took off from the paysite owner and never eemitted because under a certain treshold ( 50.00 minimum ) ...

That is not quite true. Epoch/Paycom does not require a reserve.

Yeah, this one should really come as no surprise. I just don't know why it took them so long to finally declare bankruptcy.

Pipecrew..

What's wrong with AC/EGS Pay.. I'm still getting checks for members who are re-billing.... If you're not, I suggest you contact AC.. They have done what no other processor has when closing down.. Continued to pay us re-bills !!!

All we lost were a few days of new sign up's and the pain of informing all the affiliates to move over to CCBill, who I was with before AC Pay/EGS came along and ran the affiliate programme with as well anyway.....

Simple answer - if you suspect that ONE of your processors are not doing too well, then you switch them over to be #3 in your cascade - hence limiting your losses significantly IF they turn belly up.

Or not to mention that you do spread your risk over multiple processors.

If you had seen what I have seen of customers coming to us AFTER they have lost ALL their rebills to one processor going under you would understand too.

PS. We got MULTIPLE requests to add GloBill into MPA2 but chose not to way back when...

This is Funny!
Also got the mail. BUT BUT. I was lucky to use them as a back up
right before they lost it.
I only had 4 sign ups. One was a refund because they could not get access, and then 2 chargebacks for the same reason.
So technically I owe them $47.55

Now should I send the check?
