Simple answer - if you suspect that ONE of your processors are not doing too well, then you switch them over to be #3 in your cascade - hence limiting your losses significantly IF they turn belly up.
Or not to mention that you do spread your risk over multiple processors.
If you had seen what I have seen of customers coming to us AFTER they have lost ALL their rebills to one processor going under you would understand too.
PS. We got MULTIPLE requests to add GloBill into MPA2 but chose not to way back when...
