How much is rent for a nice 2-3 bedroom apartment or house in the hip part of town?
How much would it be to purchase? How much and how readily is high speed bandwidth? American-friendly?

Ive been there recently and altho it used to be dead cheap there years ago everything is getting more and more expensive. Wouldnt surprise me if in 5-10 years they have the same prices as here in Amsterdam, which is far from cheap.

Trixie, you can have a gun here in the CZ if you have a licence. But not many people wear guns here.
Giorgio, if you want to live in Prague's historic downtown, expect to pay 60k-100k CZK per sqm (= roughly $2,300-$3,800). That's usually without any equipment (like kitchen, etc.) and parking. BTW Londynska street in Vinohrady is a nice place, I used to live there for a couple of years. |
