how far south are you, thought you were in orlando area?

There has been a few f-15's (I think 4 in total) doing training here on the east coast Melburne area.. They were flying out of Patrick AFB.

Also a few months ago, four F-15's were doing training out of Melbroune... was part of the Dutch Airforce they were over here doing training, and were flying out of the Melbourne International Airport. They kept flying over the house about 50 times a day for two weeks... was cool at first but got old real quick.

I was over at the melbourne greyhoud track this afternoon and saw a ton of cargo planes flying in and out of Patrick AFB. they've been pretty busy over there the past couple months.

That's the direction they were heading. Good to know. I was seriously wondering what was up. Usually planes like that either fly at a much higher altitude or over the Atlantic. I've never seen them fly directly overhead here at a lower altitude and at that speed where it looked like they were definitely going after something.

there were a few fighter planes and huey type of helicopters in west dade and broward flying real low...paralell to both airports then heading south.during the 1st iraq invasion, pamana, kosovo and this last iraq invasion.

but i will agree you dont see that often.
